It’s time to nominate NSW’s exceptional international students, education providers, businesses and community organisations for the 10th annual Study NSW International Education Awards.
Previously known as the NSW International Student Awards, Minister for Industry and Trade Anoulack Chanthivong said the awards provide an opportunity to recognise outstanding contributions made by international students and organisations across the state.
“This event allows us to reflect on the important work happening in the international education sector and celebrate the fantastic efforts of international students who enrich our communities in so many ways,” Mr Chanthivong said.
“These students play a valuable role in our state’s vibrancy, economy, and social fabric. The awards will also recognise best practice in student engagement delivered by NSW’s world-class education providers, businesses and organisations.”
A total of seven awards will be presented across two groups:
2022 NSW International Student of the Year (Schools) award winner Khanh Chi (Kathy) Nguyen said winning the award was one of her proudest moments.
“There are many international students across NSW who are making immense contributions to our diverse communities, so it was an honour to win this award and represent the international student community,” Miss Nguyen said.
